Order documentation

Make the inspection scope explicit.

Before production

  • Approved opening schedule and drawings
  • Selected profile, glass and hardware list
  • Agreed finish and appearance reference

Before dispatch

  • Agreed dimension and operation checks
  • Order-specific inspection photographs or records
  • Opening labels and packing list review
If a test report or certification is required, specify the destination and requirement at enquiry stage. Confirm the issuing body, report holder and applicable system before relying on a document. A supplier certificate does not automatically cover every configuration.
