Information you provide

The project enquiry form asks for your name, business email, delivery country or destination, product range and project requirements. Company name, approximate quantity and a specific product name are optional. When you arrive from a product page, its name and page address can accompany your enquiry. You may also send drawings and other project information by email or WhatsApp; this website form does not accept file attachments.

Please do not include payment card details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information in an enquiry. Only share drawings and contact details that you are permitted to provide.

Why this information is used

Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, clarify specifications, prepare or coordinate quotations and follow up on the project you have asked about. Website and email delivery records also help diagnose delivery problems, prevent misuse and maintain the service.

Who may receive project information

Messages submitted through the form are delivered to the CustomAlu enquiry mailbox. Relevant project requirements may be shared with manufacturing partners or service providers where needed to review the requested products, quotation or delivery scope. Hosting, email and communication providers process information as part of operating their services. Project communication can involve China and your delivery country; let us know before sending material that has confidentiality or location restrictions.

Cookies, technical records and external services

Website requests can generate technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps in hosting or security records. WordPress uses cookies for authenticated administration. External links, including WhatsApp and video services, lead to services with their own privacy and cookie practices. Review those notices when you use those services.

Retention and your requests

The website email-delivery log is currently configured to retain records for 14 days. This does not delete copies in mailboxes or project correspondence. Enquiry and order records may be retained for project follow-up, ongoing orders and applicable recordkeeping needs.

You can ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up by emailing sale@customaluwindows.com. Include enough information to identify the enquiry, but do not email identity documents unless a secure verification method has been agreed. Requests are reviewed in light of applicable requirements and any ongoing order or recordkeeping obligations.
