Confirm the opening schedule, dimensions, glass build-up, finish and hardware in writing. The agreed quotation and drawings define the order; catalogue photographs are appearance references, not a substitute for an approved specification.

Request an order-specific production schedule after the system, quantities and approval requirements are clear. Confirm the production start conditions, estimated dispatch date and transit allowance separately.

Discuss protection, crate requirements, opening labels and unloading arrangements with the quotation. Confirm the delivery destination and responsibilities for freight, customs and unloading in the written order.

Payment stages and currency are specified in the written quotation and order confirmation. Independently verify any request to change bank details through an established contact channel.

Confirm available installation guidance, spare parts and warranty scope for your system before ordering. Local installation, site measurements and any on-site service must be expressly included if required.
